Bids: Project-Based Vouchers
The Butler Metropolitan Housing Authority (BMHA) will accept proposals from property owners or developers for Project-Based Vouchers (PBVs).
Proposals will be accepted from owners of existing properties as well as those proposing new or rehabilitated units. Those proposing new or rehabilitation of existing properties shall not begin until a Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contract is executed with BMHA.
The RFQ is available to interested parties on our website www.butlermetro.org and in hardcopy format. Hard copies of the RFQ are available at BMHA’s office at 4110 Hamilton-Middletown Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 between 8:00 AM through 4:30 PM Monday and Thursday or 8:00 AM through 6:30 PM Tuesday and Wednesday from October 14, 2024 through November 12th, 2024. Proposals will be accepted until November 12th, 2024 at 4:30 PM. Proposal envelope must be clearly marked with contractor’s name and “RFQ : 2024-01 Project Based Vouchers.”
